The Conflict of Interest Register is a publicly accessible record maintained by BPNZ to ensure transparency and accountability in all organizational decisions. It documents any situations where personal interests may intersect with official responsibilities, helping us uphold integrity and good governance.

    • Non-Reimbursement Agreement: No payments or reimbursements will occur until all stakeholders align on the arrangement.
    • Regular Reviews: This register will be updated periodically to reflect changes in governance and operational processes.

This register aligns with New Zealand’s governance regulations, including the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and the Charities Act 2005, ensuring proper management of conflicts.
